Ready to get started?

Our nanny vetting interview is a refined down-to-earth professional evaluation of the applicant. Each nanny is rigorously screened and their suitability assessed for the specific role. We look for appropriate skills and experience as well as their levels of application, interest, and personality.

During the nanny interview, our time is spent finding out more about the person trying for the position; their identity, skills, experience and temperament and how they would react in particular safety-related scenarios that might require first-aid treatment and/or access to healthcare. We explore their perspective on caring for little onesand their outlook for the future.

For example:

During the interview, we fully examine and establish the nannies' work history, qualifications, and DBS Police Check status (formerly called CRB Police Check) or other acceptable international police check status. We only ever accept originals of official documents as verification, and only once we confirm all information represented to us do we give the go-ahead to the nanny which allows them to attend parent interviews through our nanny agency service.
