All applicants who want to register with Fulham Nannies are always
interviewed in person. We spend this time strictly checking
all qualifications, references, work history including gaps, and
only accept originals of official documents as verification.
The interview has been devised to gauge their views on discipline,
child development, age appropriate activities and nutrition, and
explore how they might deal with various scenarios such as ‘first
aid’.
We also discuss job expectations with our applicants and make an
effort to create a close friendly, forthcoming relationship between
ourselves and our registered nannies.
Fulham Nannies make certain all applicants possess a recent Criminal
Records Bureau (CRB) Enhanced Disclosure. This is the highest
level of check available to anyone involved in regularly caring for,
training, supervising or being in sole charge of children or
vulnerable adults.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted we can assist you to
organise contracts if requested, or you can simply customise our
standard ‘contract of employment’ from our

When your nanny starts work we will establish regular contact with
you to ensure things are running smoothly and be available to answer
any question you may have.
